• residential treatment for heroin abuse
• inpatient treatment for co-occurring mental health and heroin use

Service Settings:

• residential heroin rehab
• 60 and 90 day inpatient heroin rehab

Opioid Medications used in Treatment:

• Buprenorphine clinical treatment
• Naltrexone clinical treatment

Type of Alcohol Use Disorder Treatment:

• Accepts clients using medication assisted treatment for alcohol use disorder but prescribed elsewhere
• Administers medication for alcohol use disorder

External Source of Medications Used for Alcohol Use Disorder Treatment:

• In-network prescribing entity
• Other contracted prescribing entity
• Personal physician/health care provider

Type Of Treatment:
